They have last man policy. For example you go do a digital upgrade and you go to house and it needs a house box or ground, you put it in, or if there is a circle loop on the pole, you have to undo it, and if you dont do these things to bring to spec you will get charged for it, few years back it was $70. Oh and you dont get paid to bring it to spec, you have to do it for FREE! Refuse to do something you are really not responsible and you can kiss your check good bye. You will be charged back. Just post a thread for the Birmingham area and you will find all kinds of people to confirm this with. Especially with CUMI.
