Come on mark, give the guy a break, you know it would have taken him another 30 seconds to dig thru that old school splicing bag to find terminator or at least a port cap, but he figured he was going to save the fiber splicer some time by leaving the red seal cap on the fiber entrance,
So by the time the fiber splicer got there to splice in the pigtail the location would have been sucked full of moisture and all the electronics would have to be replaced, as I said before $50.00 for a $400.00 location, but overall Lack of pride
