WHAT? That is not profiling unless the company did not hire him because they noticed his ink. The company has the right to enforce a dress code. I read a post below that understands it and like me has ink and knows when and where its ok to show it.
We are installing in customers homes. Our jobs are to do a great, clean install and make sure the customer is comfortable with you being in their home. Lots of people dont agree with Tats and piercings. You are in really customers service industry. If you dont like the fact that we run into people each day that we dont see eye to eye with then get out of the customer contact position.
Just my opinion and maybe voiced to much on this one however it just seems like every post on here is negative. Some are justified but then you get one like this and it takes away from the valid complaint that we all have in our day to day lifes.
