that's because you got 400,000,000 of them in a conex box out at Agasaki along with 7 or 8 miles of 1-1/2 inch inter-duct on reels that are rusting away. Give them another couple of years and they will be just like those 750 reels that rotted away. They still using your system as the dumping ground for all the stuff nobody else wants?
