Really? No one understands why they have this policy? I have tats covering my arms and back. One of my passions is ink but I cover them up when I work with the public. Its NOT about, or at least it should not be about, the company you work for and if they "like" it or not rather what pleases the customers.
This is a business and the public is who needs to be happy. You brought that to skin color?
