Besides the crooked cable, 1 180deg would allowed it all to lay flat on the backside, the red cap, shrink not fully shrunk, you forgot the conduit caps, the only thing that looks old school on that location is the hand me down splicing bag and that is NEW Build, I guess that is what they get when they pay $50.00 for what used to be a $400.00 location
