Northland IS overpriced. But up here in WA the service and quality isn't too bad. The problem with Northland is that is actually 2 different companies one owns the systems and the other runs the systems. I know. My company is the prime for Northland in Eastern WA and North Idaho. I wouldn't mind going to the south east and rebuilding their old shit over there too.
