Fixed many CNR problems by simply cleaning the fiber connector at the receiver on the node.
Had 1 problem child that we could not clean up, so by process of elimination, replacing 1 part at a time, when the receiver was swapped out, the noise floor cleaned right up. Hope it is something that simple for you!
