Another thing I thought was pretty sorry, on an MFH2 property u have to put up a dish on the customers home. Internet is wireless and broadcast to an antenna type thing. U have to run CAT5 from this antenna to a modem so they can get intenet & or phone. OK so far? Well we were told that no one wants to pay for SWM so u have to do the old 4 lines off the dish crap & possible 6x8 if needed. 2 lines to DVR. All the same old shit. Unbelievable. These people are un-real. It's been what? Three-four years since SWM has been out and still u have trouble using it? Right there sends up the red flaggs that ur gonna have problems getting paid and not only that but the customers get screwed cause they don't get SWM with their HD like DirecTV says they're supposed to. I was told MRV would still work regardless but find that hard to believe when we were told the exact opposite in the cert. class. The whole industry seems to be one big Joke except for the techs who are trying to make a living at this and no one else seems to be taking things seriously. It would be so great if every tech in the industry just decided to take 6 mo off and go do something else in another line of work just to spite these insane corporate goofs.
