MetroCast bought all their shit in Mississippi and upgraded and rebuilt it all. Most of the systems are light to the house. They aren't going to spend any money on it because it's probably for sale. Call and tell them to get the system tech out there to fix the breaks and get the water out of all the passives and actives. They probably aren't paying him shit either.
