its more a trip charge for another tech going out.instead of giving it back to you to do they give it to the closest tech, it's not so much the $25, it's when i gotta do somebody's ser. call it knocks me out an install, so I'm losing money doing somebody else's job. but in 2 yrs i haven't gotten maybe 400 in chargebacks, including service calls
