Lets start with where is the problem? You can have bad C/N starting at the HE. You could have mis balanced amps, too low of an imput will give you bad C/N too high of an input can give you CTB, CSO. In rare case the reverse can bleed noise across a diplex filter and effect noise on low channels. If you want to contact me off the list I would be willing to help you. djackson(at)merr.com
