I can vouch for what rbeck is saying.  I worked at a branch that the owners brother ran.  It was pathetic.  I basically did the same thing.  CUI is a joke.  I did my jobs right and never had to go back, but my work load was crap.  When you have a question about something that you do not know the answer to, your treated as if you belong in a sewer.  If your not willing to throw a ladder up on a pole due to unsafe conditions, then you are pretty much useless to them.
