Who do you work for that eats your back charges for you? Sounds like an honest company. There is not many of those left that I can find. They all want to nickle and dime you and you have to spend hours every week going back and reconciling your w.o.'s to find where they screwed up and then good luck getting your last couple of checks from them no matter how good of a job you did for them.
