Everything I have heard about JP&D is the same. Good luck getting paid what you've earned. I'm not sure who is running the show in Las Vegas, but I'm pretty sure it is all employee work and not contract work. Nevada is pretty strict in limiting the contractors that come into the state so they require all of them to get contractor's licenses. I'm not sure if some of these companies have figured out a way around that or not, but from what I've heard you are employees in that state.
