I went to court for her no insurance on Wednesday and it was continued until Dec 8. We may be able to get her charges upgraded due to the fact that she bought car insurance on Oct 22, registered her car, and cancelled it all in the same day. Also the police report siad Dave was wearing dark clothing when he wasn't, so keep your fingers crossed that we can get her charged. I will let you know as soon as I find out
