Take it from a tech thats done the in house and contracting work,,,first of all no matter what your status is ,,, in house or contractor ,,,the hsp or O&O still dictates your work,,,,basically your their employee,,,,however if you do your taxes right you pay nothing or little if your contracting versus in house. That could mean thousands if your a decent tech,,,the way it is now,, no matter what you do there is always backcharges,,, hell im working for smart circle here doing the best buy and sams gig and i just got backcharged 50  dollars for not showing my picture id  during the phone qc-- this is how these fucking cum stained ass punks work nowadays. In st louis,, their are no jobs what the hell can I do now at 54,,believe me I wish I was doing something else,,, but when times were good back 20 yrs ago ,,, its hard to get out of it,, especially when the money was good,,,I don't like whats in the future  for my children,,I hope it straightens out.
