I had no idea!
Could this "New Work Order" be interpreted that since Hughesnet has accepted money from the government for these installations that money will be passed to techs so no charges will be expected to be paid by the customer?
This is new! Does it mean that people who didn't like paying for the service they ordered can now have it for free?
It seems hiding true costs from customers pissed off a bunch of them. So instead of being clear on costs up front someone is going to eat them....who?
