I once did a job in Savanna,Ga. and the local towing company dispatched a tow truck to the node every mourning and he stayed all day
Cash only you paid before he pulled and don't let him catch someone else pulling you out, he would park his truck in your path and take a 15 to 30 minute break
and don't think for one minute that the local law would help you, if you called the law about his truck blocking your way, the law would chat with the driver for 30 minutes or so about the wife & kids then he would tend to your needs, like DL Check, Insurance, wants & warrants, NCIC, truck inspection, then if you made it past that, out comes the camera & measuring wheel of the ruts & property damage, then a call to the clerk of courts to find out who was the registered property owner and to see if you had permission to trespass upon the property, and the real shitty thing is if it is Georga Power Easement the dipshit dispatcher would always say you did not have permission, so you are just better off paying the tow bandit.
You old school guys know how much the locals love the Cabl Dawgs when they come rolling into town, taking the local girls, fights at the local watering hole, wild parties at the ma & pa motels, and the substance abuse, a good example of that one was the Griffin,Ga. Job
