Scrapple ain't southern. Never saw it until I ventured north on a job long ago. Tastes terrible. Now Blood puddin' and scrambled eggs is pretty damn good. A lot of  different brands of blood puddin'. I think the Scots and Irish that ended up in the South brought it with them.
