I have contracts with companies that dont charge backs and ones that do. The ones that do, charge us back every penny for any cancel of service within 91 days after install. Wouldn't be smart business at all to pay someone for the sales and pay it back to the client. Business 101 tells me that one. I sure in hell aint gonna eat it. But what I will do is talk about a new contract for my guys. The other alternative is to do the 22% but in order to do that I would have to redo the DSR comp plans to a 60/40 payout like most contractors. I pay out good commissions in these markets... up to 85% of contract. I'm not like "most contractors" Thank God. These guys and gals are doing the work and I pay them for that.
