thank you Mr Carr, you hit it right on the head. Grow some balls guys. I have never in 24 years seen anyones contract ripped up for charging custom prices. You are a sub contract installer, not an employee. make yourself invaluable by doing the job you are being paid for and get paid. I do and I assure you I am not the best installer in the country. My mentors could run circles around me.
