I don't know about all that, i'm a yankee born, southern livin (25yrs) type. You have to put all that shit on somethin to make it edible, why even eat it? I'll stick to the flavorfull on its own type food, scrapple is my southern favorite. Grits have no taste so i'll just leave it alone.
