I give it up to you. I am a yankee from Pa. and never ate grits propably never will. Tried polenta once and that stuff had NO taste, been south though, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennesee, West Virginia, DC, Had GOOD GREENS and Hot Water Cornbread so good you'll slap your mama though, and bisquits.... goddamn! The south knows how to cook!
