Re: how far?

Doing Cable installs, splicing, sweep and construction is a waste of time.  Bite the bullet find a job at home, try going to school at night and invest in your future.  2 or 3 years from now you will either be starting a new job or still be posting about cable nonsense on this web site.  I am one year into making the change and it took some adjusting financially and personally but I enjoy being home and getting paid regularly and having benefits like good health insurance, vacations, and decent living conditions. No more packing up a truck and living in motels and waiting for whatever they decided to pay me or backcharge me.
