Chain around it and pull it out with your truck if possible. are you putting in new ones? just removing old ones? front yard, easement?
Dig a hole around the stake get a grinder cut it off and bury the stake. Thats what we had to do in Mississippi after katrina with Bell south with Anchors , do they take the old ped back?
