Lug Locks ain't for shi#... I watched a chico tow truck driver get a lug lock off in less then 3 minutes with a pair of jumper cables and a coat hanger
he clamped the pos cable to the bumper and cut a short piece of coat hanger put it in the Neg clamp and welded a lug nut to the center of the lock
hooked to his 12 volt battery on his tow truck , it was a alamo rental I had in texas and alamo said it would be 3 hours before their people could get to me.
chico said 35.00 tire is changed.
