My experience in Maryland was that they will introduce you to real low level subcontractors. You will be dealing with the mutts and not them. They are / were an Alternate Service Provider sent to the area to assist (put the heat on) the then HSP, MASTEC.

The subcontractor you will meet will be screwed on back charges and lost equipment....you will be left to sue an entity without capital,,,,,the DirectSat folks will run the call center and keep the money.

Or they could have cleaned up their act over the few years since they stopped answering the phones here.

You want to find what assets they have in your state or plan to go to Philadelphia to get paid.  Google them & read on!
