Employees don't get backcharged, guess cause the pay sucks ass for employee. Subs do get backcharged if they do not do the job right. If you do the work the way Charter asks then you have no problems. It's not hard to stay clean, in fact it's harder not too. I've been a sub for a while now and have been paid on time in full for every job I have done... Just do what you are being paid to do....
