Why do people post jobs and not contact you back!!

I am new to this site and answered an ad for crews. 2 weeks later still no answer. Someone could at least call you and say thanks but we got all we need, or %^$* you, something. No wonder this business is going to hell in a hand basket. By the way, Groundgirl thanks for the numbers. Your the best! I got some good leads from them, and now Im headed for S. Carolina. Thanks again, if you ever need anything give me a shout. To those who post jobs and dont give you a reply    KMA
