- 2.00 per box if your phone line percentage is not over 35%
- 6.00 FSR this is if the customer calls DTV anytime before you get to there house "doesnt mean if your late, they might been wondering when your comming automatic charge back

So in the long run, inhouse is better, less risk and more stable to have a life and plan long term
