Re: Maximum Node Output Limit?

One more thing.
If you look at the SA spec. they have 2 type of RF module for this NODE.

1- One module has PHD IC (Power doubler IC)
2- One module has PP IC (Pushpull IC)

The PHD unit has a -59 dB CTB @ 56.5 dBmV output. This unit has 29 dB gain Max.
The PP has a -69 dB CTB at 51.5 dBmV output. This unit has 24 dB gain Max.

Again depending on your light level at your NODE, you might not be able to adjust your FR output to 55.0 dBmV.

On the PHD unit at that level, + 55.0 dBmV, you'll get -61 dB CTB.
On the PP unit you'll get -62 dB CTB at the same level.

The problem with the PP unit, I do not know if you'll get enough gain to reach 55.0 dBmV.
