Well from what I hear that even if California legalizes weed, the companies will still test for it and if you test positive, you will still be considered under the influence
and discharged or refuse to hire you, it will take many years before Ca. has a Licenses or proper testing program set up.
all the 5 panel dip test they have on the market now, can't tell them that you puffed 1 hour ago or 30 days ago just positive for thc
so they would use the good old sniff test, It's kinda hard getting that good old skunk smell out of your cloths
