This could end up being a good thing. Rates could actually go up as the primes will have to abide by FLSA laws and OT laws. The operators may have to pony up some  more money as well. They still need to get the job done and competition is out there so they can not skimp to much. I do not see how Knight survives this as I would bet they lose all the way around on misclassification and then get hit with OT and wage issues on top. Any one who works for them now should keep detailed records. Hard to beileve the IRS is not shutting them down already until they conform.  I still think BH will be exonerated like Comcast was.
