Re: one bad company


Hey garwoodian, I have to agree with the other 2 here.  Just coming on here and bad mouthing can get you burned.  There needs to be an explanation on what is going on.  Then the other guy needs to back himself up.  We see this almost every week.    If everybody feels that you are in the right.  You will be backed up.  Tell you thetruth, most of the time, the tech is wrong.  Most because of late or missed appointments, QC, not feeling out the paper work correctly and not doing the billing info out correctly.  Did you even talk to your supervisor?  Did you even ask to see your billing?  Did you make copies of you work orders to back yourself up.  I bet no.  Everyone of the guys and gals on this forum has done the exact same thing at one point in time.  There is an old saying here in the cable world.  CYA, stands for Cover Your Ass.  I'm not doggin yo.  I want you to be a dawg.  Good luck.
