They did the same for me.... I did commercial work for the past year which was 90 percent Qced by the Bh employee which was onsite on every job.  You'll get it back in court its there way of fucking with you and pissing you off, or maybe they will say ill give you it back if you drop off.  Kind of funny my offer to settle sent by Jeff was for 500.00 bucs hummm isnt that my retainer?
