Further research makes me ask this question; WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TODAY?! The driver in Davids death won't be charged with reckless driving, failure to control her vehicle etc...NOTHING!Yet an almost 5 year old kid can be sued for hitting a pedestrian while on her bicycle with training wheels; so says a Judge in NY.
