Ok, finally got back to work on the situation yesterday. After a few miles and 27 amps later. I may have the issue. I found that somebody layed down a 1300'+/- RG-11 temp from a trunk to a LE, then another 1000' +/- Rg-11 temp from the LE to another trunk. The bad thing about this, it was layed down in tall weeds, briar pushes, ditch line feeled with water and so on. And they wonder why I keep telling them this systems has issues. Thats not including me finding a RG-11 temp coming down a pole, across a creek, and back up the next pole. The even worst part about this. There was a splice sittng in the creek. The only thing I could do is just shake my head. Plus, to make it even more worst, I cant get the materials I need to fix any of it.
