RG-11 loss in the 700mhz range is 3.6 per 100', most cmts are in this range, there are exceptions, but you would need to be leaving tap at a + 47 to hit house at a zero, do i need to go any further? Tell me how are you gonna get 48db out of a terminated tap? I reckon ya could duct tape an inhouse amp to the pole? Then guess what happens to S/N? Youre an engineer? i hope its for the railroad!
