comguru gave you the best answer, 1300' drop aint gonna work period, there are costs associated with construction and that is why you are being quoted the price you got. As for jenni, i don't know where she works but 1300' RG-11 drop is outta the question. You amp it and your S/N is thru the roof. There are reasons most companies stop drops over 300'. I know there are exceptions but then again those over 300' are usually the calls you don't want to roll on. having done installs for 5 years you should know a 1500' drop aint gonna cut it.
