Re: subcontracting

No but you just posted your intent to commit tax fraud on the internet. The cable and sat industry are full of people simply not paying personal income tax, as well as primes avoiding the same. But tell me what does your training for contractors consist of ??? how to read a meter, how to put fittings on coax, ladder safety ?
A real contractor simply needs specs and CPE activation procedures for the MSO you are providing fulfillment for, and should be able to go forth and get the job done. After that you do some some follow up QC to make sure the work is to spec.  Any more than that and you have not contracted with a proper contractor. You my friend are the noob.

Oh, and they don't just drag you off to jail. It's more of a slow painful death as you start getting certified mail stating you owe $$$$. They want it to run for awhile as it builds up fines and penalties.
