Bickle - if it weren't for the lineman, construction crews, and line techs, the installers wouldnt have anything to hook up to except a dead tap...  i say this with respect as i am a seasoned splicer and lineman, but i have taken a job in-house as an installer as there are no maintenance slots open in my area. however i may be moving to a new city where there is ample opportunity ....
