we have a " JERROLD ADDRESSABLE CONTROL COMPUTER MODEL ACC-2000" that has quit working and is asking for "disk A" to be installed, apparently we no longer have disk A office manager went and threw out all diskettes not knowing we had a computer in the headend that still used them and Jerrold no longer supports this model. Does any one have a copy or know where to get one or away around this problem we can no longer activate pay channels
