RCH is Riptide communications, regal communications, rowdy communications, revolution cable, and another ten or so names across the country, all tied to one big corp.  A company with this many covers is set up to fail, or take on law suits without affecting the other areas.   The pay sucks, they offer absolutely no benefits, and yet you are an "employee" though you drive your own vehicle, pay your own expenses, and earn minimum cable wages.  I don't care who you collect for, you are under the same terms.   Let these "managers" do their own collecting.  You will be better off starting a job at walmart.  The hours will be shorter, the pay will be higher, the benefits will be better.  Spoken from experience.   Good luck.
