This will do it.
I have been driving around NY NY recently. You can see places but you will not ever be able to get there. If every registerd car in NY NY was ordered to park at the same time there would be cars on roofs. Tow truck guys carry guns and I wouldn't be surprised if they use towed cars for landfill.
So the cable guy..or sat guy arrives...where will he put his stuff? "Watch my truck, Homie or I kill youus!"
They will fix the cable by cab and prices will go up. Soaring bills will rocket..or the company will soar away to a place where parking is possible.
