Working for them now in Va. Not a bad company, having equipment issues right now. paychecks are always there and cashable. Good equipment to use and they make sure technicians have what they need to get the job done. Communication and leadership is their down fall. It is hard to get dispatcher on the phone to get things done and when you do they take their sweet ass time to do it. There is one in management that he wants to act in the negative to a technician before he finds out all the information and on numerous occasions has used fowl language on the phone to a technician and a customer can hear him before the technician can turn off speaker phone. I won't use any names. I can say once that guy is gone the company the company will grow, he just needs to be replaced with a more tactful equally skilled person.
