Most of these are controlled by the State lottery or Gaming commissions. Sometimes the commissions get bids from Amusement vendors, The establishments would have to get the machines through those Vendors. The installation is usually handled by the vendors. However it's done in your area you will most likely have to go thru the governing body to be certified.
