You gotta be joking..... It isn't The cable company who will pay it. The Employee or CONTRACTOR will, they do now. And when you have moron's scheduling every tech 4 to 5 hours over on each time slot and couple that with 3 to 4 hours on the phone, then it will always be the Tech who suffers.
When do the tech's get their money back? We don't get crap when the customer isn't home when we show up. This may also lead BACK to all day time frames (which Im all for).
Soaring cable bills are ALWAYS blamed on the cable company and never on the Broadcasters where it belongs.
