Here is how bad slamtec is they openly bash Comcast Techs in e-mails posted on their website.

you have a moment can we talk about the club. I spoke to Andrea and she stated
that after the storm (what storm) she started to see snowy pics on all sets. I
believe there could be an issue outside, not sure. In house tech Ron (617) xxx-xxxx who never picks up his phone cannot figure out what could be
the issue. She assured me that he never touched anything regarding the
modulator. Her clients are not happy at all, if this was related to the only
the modulator then I would assume something went wrong but it’s all her
sets? Give me a ring and lets talk about this.
Yeah sign me up with this company this isnt the first public bashing of Comcast by them either!!!
