Contracting in the satellite world (with the right company) is much different than "sub contracting" for Knight. The control Knight (and some other companies) exude over technicians will win this case for the techs involved. They regulate the techs ability to take days off, accept or deny work, decide how work will be performed, dress, signage on vehicles, INCOME.........KNIGHT will pay any discrepencies in taxes when the court rules against them, KNIGHT will loose this case. The best thing Jeff could do, if he wants to salvage his buisiness, SETTLE NOW. He must be waiting for more folks to become discouraged and drop out of the suit........every penny counts.
